The Alorée range consists of 14 organic and natural skincare products, all certified by ECOCERT – so they are free from any nasty ingredients. Each product contains the unique chlorophyll rich complex C.H.C, which has anti-ageing properties. The award-winning French brand has combined these proven anti-ageing benefits with natural and organic formulations to create the product range.

Purifying Cleansing Milk £18.50 125ml

‘Cleanse away daily build-up of pollutants and make-up with the Alorée Purifying Organic Cleansing Milk. The gentle organic plant-based natural formula helps to purify, regenerate and cleanse the skin whilst moisturising to promote a healthy, bright radiant complexion, skin feeling refreshed, soft and smooth.’

Made using an organic plant based natural formula of C.H.C chlorophyll from young 4_edbarley shoots, vitamin E and organic sunflower oil, this Purifying Cleansing Milk is a gentle cleansing lotion that removes traces of make-up, dirt, grease and pollution.

I really like the fact that it’s suitable to use around the sensitive eye area.

It’s a fresh, mild, light texture that feels like a light moisturiser, it’s super soft and silky. It’s really easy to use, just put a small pea-sized blob on a cotton wool pad and wipe across your face and eyes.

It instantly removes all traces of make-up, including hardwearing mascara. Afterwards my skin feels wonderfully clean and looks radiant and revitalised.

Purifying Toner £9.90 50ml or £18.50 150ml

‘The Alorée Purifying Toner is a ‘Micellar Water’: a unique three-in-one cleanser, make-up remover and toner for the face and eyes that is perfect for all skin types- even the most sensitive. A refreshing treat to rejuvenate and awaken tired skin, balancing the skin’s PH and prepares the skin for moisturising to leave a silky soft, fresh and radiant complexion.’

3_ed-3This alcohol-free micellar toner is a unique three-in-one cleanser, make-up remover and toner for the face and eyes. Alorée have created the formula with all skincare types in mind, so it’s suitable for everyone- even those with sensitive skin.

Application is easy, just pour a couple of drops onto a cotton wool pad and apply to the face, eyes and lips. Just like the Cleansing Milk, I love the fact that it can even be used on sensitive eye lids.

I was pleasantly surprised by the difference it had made to my skin, even with just one application. Instantly my tired dull skin feels refreshed and awakened.

People often skip the toner process in their skincare regime, but it’s an important part of the cleansing process – it ensures the appropriate PH balance and prepares your skin for further beauty care.

Nourishing Face Cream £28 40ml

‘Alorée City Resistant Nourishing Face Cream with its rich, organic formula offers the best in facial nourishment and hydration to leave a soft, supple, healthy and radiant complexion. Containing the unique C.H.C complex rich in chlorophyll, it helps to prevent damage caused by pollution and city living, whilst revitalising the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and preventing premature ageing.’

This nourishing face cream contains the C.H.C complex, as well as moisturising shea 2_ed-3butter, sunflower seed oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil and grape oil. So it’s particularly suited to those with dry, dehydrated skin.

Alorée recommend applying both morning and night, massaging a small dot of creaming into the face and neck with gentle circular movements. The cream has a velvety texture which glides across the skin with ease; it sinks in instantly with no oily residue left- which is common with dry skin moisturisers.

My skin feels nourished, moisturised and revived, with a glowing radiant complexion. The organic formula offers protection from free radicals and softens fine lines, preventing the premature ageing process- leaving skin noticeably firmer.

The £28 price may seem a bit steep for only 40ml, but you only need a tiny blob for an entire application – so this small bottle really does go a long way.

Overall, I really like the Alorée products and think they are well worth the money – they feel like expensive, high-quality products but without a hefty price tag. The range offers everything you need for a full skincare regime and I love the fact that all the products complement one another.5_ed
