Clearspring’s Organic Yuzu Ponzu marries the taste of this Japanese speciality with the savoury-sweet flavour of naturally brewed soy sauce, sweet mirin and rice vinegar. The result is an umami-rich condiment and seasoning perfect for any chef, kitchen and dining table. Ponzu is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of different ways. To be vegan, the Clearspring team has replaced the fish stock commonly used in ponzu with the plant-based flavour of umami-rich kombu seaweed. Additionally, all the ingredients used are natural, organic and non-GM.
