A new study has revealed that dancing video games are one of the best ways to burn calories and stay active during this period of quarantine, burning up to 240 calories in 30 minutes.

Also a great calorie burner, not to mention providing mental health benefits, is to get out and garden, with the research from Faraway Furniture finding that activities to do outside such as chopping wood can burn about 150 calories.
