A UK health food store is giving back with a new giveaway to support frontline works with immune health products.

Bristol-based Sow & Arrow has launched a Health Hero Hamper giveaway to give frontline workers well-deserved gifts of immunity-boosting health and food products as a thank you for their relentless work in these difficult times.
Members of the public can nominate a frontline worker such as carers, delivery drivers, pharmacy workers, nurses, doctors and porters. Every Thursday for the next 10 weeks, Sow & Arrow owner, nutritionist and author, Pauline Cox BSc MSc will announce a winner.
Key supporter Wiley’s Finest has donated its high quality fish oils, enriched with immunity-boosting vitamin D3. The hamper also contains Hunter and Gatherer avocado mayonnaise and Bath Culture House’s gut health boosting kombucha.

Pauline explained: “The one common sentiment that the global coronavirus pandemic has created is gratitude. The outpouring of thanks to our fantastic frontline workers is palpable. We ask members of the public to nominate someone in their community to receive this wonderful hamper and offer the reasons why. From this we will not only thank those people who deserve a thank you but also help spread stories of joy and positivity.”
Pauline has also started home deliveries and a Facebook group to keep the vulnerable and isolated feeling connected, as well as the Feed The Frontline programme, in which the kitchens at Sow & Arrow feeds for free the local paramedics, pharmacists and frontline workers helping the local community. Sow & Arrow’s customers can decide to instead donate their delivery charge to the scheme.
